Join our engineering team to work on mechanical engineering projects in the engineering services industry. You will work on design processes including legacy conversion, new product development, and value engineering.
Responsibilities
Work on legacy conversion, ECN/ECR (Engineering Change Notice/Request), NPD (New Product Development), and VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering)
Create detailed mechanical designs using CAD tools
Collaborate with global clients on engineering deliverables
Prepare and manage engineering documentation per design best practices
Work with PLM tools to manage product lifecycle
Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and documentation standards
Requirements
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in the engineering services industry
Proficiency in CAD tools: Solid Edge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
Good understanding of engineering processes including legacy conversion, ECN/ECR, NPD, and VAVE
Working knowledge of PLM tools such as Teamcenter and Windchill
Strong communication skills
Experience working with global clients preferred
Exposure to documentation standards and design best practices preferred
